Lifetime deal — launching soon

The complete CRM
that lives inside WordPress.

Contacts, email marketing, automations, deals and SMS — in wp-admin, on your own database. No per-contact pricing, no monthly bill, and nobody else holding your list.

Everything in one plugin

Marker CRM 1.0 is one install with every module included — not a free plugin with six paid add-ons behind it.

Contacts & companies

A real record for every person, and the company they work for.

  • Custom fields of any type
  • Tags, lists and contact types
  • Notes, owners and full activity timeline
  • Companies with their own fields and people

Segments

Build an audience out of any field, and keep it up to date by itself.

  • Conditions across contact, company and activity
  • Saved, reusable, live counts
  • Include and exclude in the same send

Email campaigns

Write it, target it, schedule it, and see exactly what happened.

  • A/B subject testing with a real significance test
  • Scheduled, recurring and gradual delivery
  • Open, click and unsubscribe tracking
  • UTM tagging, per-link reporting, resend to non-openers

Automations

A visual builder for the sequences you would otherwise do by hand.

  • Triggers on tags, lists, forms, purchases and more
  • Waits, conditions and branching
  • Send email, tag, score, notify, call a webhook
  • Per-step reporting on where people drop

Forms

Capture people without reaching for another plugin.

  • Embeddable signup and lead forms
  • Double opt-in with your own confirmation email
  • Straight into a list, a tag or an automation

Deals & pipeline

The sales half of a CRM, not just the marketing half.

  • Drag-and-drop stages
  • Value, owner, expected close
  • Won and lost reporting

Tasks

Follow-ups that do not live in somebody's head.

  • Tasks against a contact, company or deal
  • Due dates, owners and reminders
  • Open work on the record it belongs to

SMS & WhatsApp

More than one way to reach somebody, on the same contact record.

  • Consent held per channel, not per person
  • Campaigns and automation steps, same as email
  • Your own provider credentials

Reports

Numbers that come from the rows, not from a sample.

  • Contact growth, engagement and churn
  • Campaign and automation performance
  • WooCommerce orders and spend on the contact
  • Revenue traced back to the email that earned it

Import & export

Bring a list in, take it out again whenever you like.

  • CSV in and out, resumable on large files
  • Column mapping that remembers itself
  • Deduplication on the way in

Post notifications

Publish a post, and the people who asked to hear about it do.

  • Triggered by the post type and category you choose
  • Your own template, not a plain-text digest
  • Immediately, or batched into a weekly round-up

Built for a real site

The parts nobody advertises and everybody needs.

  • Roles and per-screen permissions
  • Multisite, with per-site data
  • GDPR export and erase
  • Background queue that survives a timeout

Why not a hosted CRM

The three things that change when the CRM is a plugin instead of a subscription.

Questions

Is there a free version?

Yes, and it is not a trial. Unlimited contacts, unlimited email, no monthly cap — we send through your own site's mailer, so there is no infrastructure cost to recover and no honest reason to meter you. The lifetime deal is for the paid version, which goes deeper rather than unlocking the basics.

What does the lifetime deal include?

Every module in the plugin, on the sites your licence covers, with updates — paid once rather than monthly. The exact tiers and price go out to this list first.

When does it launch?

Soon, and the people on this list hear before anybody else. We would rather say a date we keep than one that moves.

How does it send email?

Through whatever WordPress already uses. Set up an SMTP plugin once — most support eighteen or more providers, Amazon SES and SendGrid included — and it keeps working exactly as it does now. We are not in the delivery business and have no interest in getting between you and your sender.

Will it cope with a large list?

Sending runs on a background queue in batches, with throttling for your provider's limits, and it picks up again after a timeout rather than losing the run.

Can I move away later?

Everything is in your own WordPress database, and exports to CSV any time. There is nothing to be let out of.

What happens to my data?

It stays on your server. The plugin has no account, phones nothing home, and uninstalls cleanly — taking its tables with it if you ask it to.

Get it at the lifetime price

One email when the deal opens, with the discount for this list. That is the only thing this address will ever be used for.
